After School Activities
We are just in the process of compiling the list of After School Activities for September. We will be offering the usual options of Computers, Cross Country, Little Cooks and SWFC but would like to add more variety to the list. Have you got any ideas of what we could do? Do you know anyone who could deliver different activities to the children? If you do please call in and let us know.
Does your child show a particular flair for acting? If they are aged between 9 and 12 they can come along to the Crucible Theatre and learn new theatre skills, gain confidence and make new friends, whilst discovering more about theatre. Children will get a chance to have a go at a range of exciting skills including movement singing and clowning. You need to commit to the whole week and it will be free if you are in receipt of benefits or DLA. If you want more information call in to school and see Gillie Lane.
We hope you all had a lovely holiday with your families, it is a shame the sun didn’t shine a bit more! Well here we are again in the last half term of the year! We can’t believe that we are nearly at the end of our tenth year at WCM. Time passes so quickly! As usual, we have plenty happening over the next 7 weeks, which we will keep you informed of in our weekly edition of the Green ‘Un. You will received a letter before the holidays about class organisation for next year. We have deliberately let you know earlier this year to enable your children to get to know their new teacher before they move in September. Please take time to say hello to your child’s new teacher. If you have any questions about next year, please call and see us.
